Their distinctive features are the absence of stresses and defects, the absolute flawlessness of the shape, surface and internal structure, the absence of cracks and chips. The main functional advantages of diamond plates are a large working defect-free surface, an ideal crystal structure, a low level of dislocations and uncontrolled impurities. Diamond plates made with advanced HPHT technology have low birefringence and background fluorescence.
Variations are possible with a face width up to 15 mm.
The unique advanced growth technology of single-crystal diamond HPHT allows the production of large substrates. Diamond plates ranging in size from 2.5 x 2.5 mm to 15.0 x 15.0 mm with a standard thickness of 0.5 mm and an orientation of 100 face surfaces are available for ordering.
Our production technology allows you to create multi-sectoral plates of any shape, size and complexity, with specified and controlled technical parameters. Due to this, it is possible to produce plates with different surface orientations – 111, 110, 113, and many others.
You can also order plates doped with nitrogen or boron. Concentrations up to 10 ppm are available.
