On the territory of the SEZ, the Prime Minister got acquainted with the production of “Sintez Technology”. Continuing a series of trips, Mikhail Mishustin visited the Pskov region. There, in addition to familiarizing himself with the work of enterprises, he held a meeting, traditional for such trips, with business, including with residents of the Pskov special economic zone “Moglino”.

Synthesis Technology creates diamonds, which are then used to make components for quantum computers, surgical scalpels. “Our company was organized at the end of 2016, in 2020 we became a resident of Moglino. We have purchased equipment, it has already been installed here, at this site. Today our main task is the development and expansion of production. The prospective capacity of the project is 3 billion rubles. This will completely replace the import of synthesized diamonds, ”Elena Nagovitsyna presented the project.

During a meeting with the Prime Minister, Yekaterina Nagovitsyna clarified whether there are plans to increase funding under the Government Decree “On Approval of the Rules for Granting Subsidies from the Federal Budget to the Budgets of Subjects of the Russian Federation for Co-financing of Costs to Reimburse Part of the Cost of Implementing Investment Projects for the Modernization and Development of Industrial Enterprises.”

Minister of Industry and Trade Denis Manturov promised that for this purpose the possibilities of limits will be considered, this will happen approximately in May.
